• The session fee is due and payable at the time of booking.
  • The fee is non-refundable if not canceled prior to 7 days of scheduled session.
  • You can reschedule session at no additional charge.
• The print order payment is due at the time of ordering – order will not be processed until payment is received.
• We accept visa, mastercard, discover, checks or cash.

copyright

• It is illegal to use or copy images in any way or manner without written permission from Magic Box Photography.
• Magic Box Photography retains all copyright including scanning photos to use online. (We will upload purchased images to Facebook if requested.)

exclusive photographer

• No other cameras or recording devices permitted during session.

image file archives

• All purchased images will be archived for five years.
• All unordered images will be deleted thirty days after gallery posting.
